The Menu
Burgers
A 6oz beef patty, buttermilk fried chicken or a plant based pattie in a brioche style bun, with house slaw and seasoned skin-on fries. Fifteen to choose from, plus three house specials.
Melts
Toasted sourdough melts served with dressed salad and tortilla chips. Five to choose from, including the Wig Monsieur and the Balmoral.
Loaded Fries
Seasoned skin-on fries piled high. Ten to pick from, including kimchi, hot honey, truffle, Nashville hot and Balmoral.
Macaroni Cheese
Homemade cheese sauce topped with melted cheese and crispy onions, served with side salad and garlic bread. Eight ways.
Fried Chicken
Bites, tenders or wings cooked in rapeseed oil and tossed in one of nine sauces, with skin-on fries and house slaw.
Sides & Light Bites
Macaroni bites, breaded garlic mushrooms, jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks, all with dressed salad and a dip.

Ron Abuelo XV — Tawny Port Cask
Port-cask finished, well-aged Panamanian rum.
Dictador 20 YR Old
Aged in a solera system for between 14 and 24 years. Brought down to bottling strength with demineralised water, drop by drop, over 28 days.
Admiral Rodney Formidable
Made using a 45-plate Coffey still and aged in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. Contains liquid aged for between 9 and 12 years.
Goslings Family Reserve
Once produced exclusively for members of the Gosling family. Each bottle from Bermuda is hand labelled and dipped in wax.
Havana Selección de Maestros
The result of a collaboration among the Maestros del Ron Cubano, who gather each year to select the barrels worthy of their 'Selección'.
